This CRM system belongs to Car and General PLC and is provided for authorised business use only. By signing in, you agree to use the system responsibly and only for approved work purposes.
You must keep your login details private. Do not share your username, password or verification codes with anyone. Any activity done using your account may be treated as your responsibility.
You must not access records, reports or customer information unless your role allows it. You must not copy, change, delete, export or share information without approval.
Car and General PLC may monitor system activity for security, audit, support and compliance purposes. This may include login records, user actions, IP addresses and changes made in the system.
Access may be suspended or removed where there is suspected misuse, security risk, inactivity, termination of engagement or breach of company policy.
All information, system content, reports, logos and data on this platform remain the property of Car and General PLC or its authorised partners. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Car and General PLC may update them when required.
